How candidates are prepared
Registered and profiled
Contact details, home district, current job, current site and the role applied for are recorded before training begins.
Three assessments
An aptitude test, a trade-skills test covering real site knowledge and safety, and a work-behaviour profile across reliability, teamwork, safety attitude and resilience.
One week of hands-on training
Five days, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, in batches of up to 50, on real materials and tools.
Assessed and certified
A certificate carrying a unique number and a verification QR code an employer can check.
What you receive
- A shortlist of certified candidates for the trades you need
- Verified documentation, with expiry dates tracked and kept current
- Assessment results, including the work-behaviour profile
- With explicit consent from the candidate, a short demo video so you can see them working before you interview
See them work, not just their paperwork
Many of our candidates record a short demo video — effectively a video CV. It is optional and consent-based, and it tells you more in ninety seconds than a form does in a page.
Compliance
We are a trusted Sri Lankan skill development academy. Candidate consent for sharing details with an employer is recorded separately, under the Sri Lankan Personal Data Protection Act, before any shortlist is submitted.
