From your first phone call to your first day abroad
Inquire & register
Call, WhatsApp or visit us. You do not need a passport to start.

- Tell us your name, your WhatsApp number, your district and the trade you are interested in.

- We register you, explain the course and the fee, and answer your questions in Sinhala or English.
Profile & assess
You sit three assessments: aptitude, personality and trade skills.
- You
- Answer honestly. The personality assessment has no right answers and nothing to fail.
- We
- We record your details, your current work and the job you are applying for, and build your profile.
Enrol & prepare
Your place is confirmed, your documents are checked, and your training week is arranged.
- You
- Bring what you have. If you do not have a passport yet, tell us and we help you apply.
- We
- We confirm your batch, check your document list, and arrange accommodation and transport for the week.
Train
One week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, hands-on in your trade.

- Attend every day and do the work. Batches are up to 50 trainees.
- We
- We train you on real materials and real tools, in Sinhala or English, with safety throughout.
Get certified
Pass your assessments and receive a certificate that can be verified.

- Complete your assessments and show what you can do.
- We
- We issue a certificate carrying a unique number and a verification QR code, so an employer can check it is real.
Get placed
You are shortlisted and submitted to an overseas employer by our in-house placement agency.

- Give your consent for your details to be shared, and keep your documents valid.
- We
- We prepare your shortlist entry, warn you before any document expires, and submit you to employers. The employer makes the final selection.
What we handle for you

- Registration, even if you arrive with no passport and no NIC copy
- Help applying for a passport if you do not have one yet

- A document checklist kept for you, with a warning before anything expires
- One week of hands-on training in your trade

Your consent, your choice
We record your permission separately for each purpose, as required under the Sri Lankan Personal Data Protection Act. You can agree to some and refuse others.
Processing your personal data
Permission to hold and use the details you give us to register, train and place you.
Being photographed
Permission to take your photograph for your file and your certificate.
Recording a demo video
Permission to record a short video of you working — a video CV an employer can watch.
Sharing your details with the agency
Permission to put you on a shortlist and submit it to an overseas employer.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a job abroad, and we will never tell you we can. We train you, assess you, certify you and submit you to overseas employers through our own agency. The employer decides who they select. Anyone in this business who promises you a guaranteed placement is not being straight with you.
What we do promise is that you will always know what stage you are at, what is still outstanding, and what it costs.
